We impressed ourselves with our response to an inquiry about our complete source/warehouse/despatch/follow up service for event merchandise and marketing…. below is the real email:

I'm reaching out from Coalesce as we were referred to your services by our partners at Snowflake (they had great things to say about you)!

We are based in the US however we have a small team in Australia/New Zealand and will be doing some events in your region in the coming months so I'm interested in getting some more information on your products and services. We're potentially looking to setup a local swag warehouse vendor in your region as well who can handle the creation, storage, and shipping of our merchandise for local events and for customer gifts.

Thank you so much for all of the information! It sounds like your services are exactly what we're looking for! I'd love to utilize your services initially for an upcoming event we have in Sydney in September and then get our warehouse setup after our busy event season.

For our September event we'll need a pull-up banner, tablecloth, printed brochures, stickers, and some other giveaway swag…

Great to meet you and thanks for getting in contact. It’s made my day knowing they are so happy with our service that they recommended you contact us.

So I like to think that we are a one stop shop. We cover print, display, merchandise. We have an artist that can amend artwork quickly & who also prints in house so brochures, table signs, pull up banners, tablecloths, stickers etc can be turned around quickly.

We have a warehouse in Sydney where we store, pack and dispatch client’s swag. Our clients have access to their own swag stock list that we update as swag is dispatched. We can deliver to your event and also arrange for it to come back to our warehouse to be reused for future events.

A lot of our merchandise is produced in New Zealand so delivering to events or clients in NZ is not a problem.

Our web site www.allsizemiracles.com.au has a comprehensive list of merchandise along with pricing but if you are after something in particular we will source it…..even if its say an Apple watch as a prize on your stand……or gift cards…Bose headphones…Nintendo switches.

As an example, one of them has around 30 different lines of merchandise stored with us along with a range of different size branded up cartons. This allows us to custom pack small runs of gifts tailored towards the different levels of client’s needs, and to include perhaps a smaller quantity of a particularly apt gift with more general merch handouts for the event. We also have clients who have five different types of Swag stored with us. We don’t set minimum quantities.

Pricing? We don’t charge for storage. As long as the product is purchased through us then free storage is our thanks for the loyalty and the order itself.

Freight? To maintain our strategy of the minimum cost to meet the deadline we use a range of different carriers from same day couriers, Australia Post for direct mail outs, overnight interstate freight to FedEx for international deliveries. Freight has a 35% loading on our buy price, this helps cover the packing/labelling. We document monthly running freight costs that we invoice at the end of each month.
