How to recognise a budget pull-up banner compared to the next level up
Budget pull up banners usually have the bottom casing (call it hardware and it sounds like you know a thing or two) with a couple of flat feet that swivel out to keep it upright . All Size Miracles calls this a Standard r Budget Pull-up Banner. You might see it called Premium but the price when you compare will tell you it is the Budget one. It can be black or silver hardware.
How to you spot the Deluxe Pull-up Banner? Usually the bottom hardware looks sturdier .. sometimes it is black or shiny silver and the feet are contained in the contour of the base. It feels more solid and looks classier.
The material the banner is printed on is pretty similar in all pull-ups .. a polyester satin looking material – but then you take it up a notch to fabric or vinyl.
The vinyl banners are expensive and their hardware is expensive... BUT YOU CAN RESKIN THEM. When you are looking at a banner that is 2400 wide – that becomes your instantly erected media wall.
Because you can reskin this top of the range vinyl pull-up banner all you do when your next event comes around is you email All Size Miracles to pick it up and reskin with the new artwork . A plus is that if it is recurring event All Size Miracles will roll your old banner on a core and send it back with the new one to be re-used multiple times. Now that gets a re-cycling tick.
A caution though – you need two people for the 2400 banner, and even the 1200 wide and even with the 850 wide banner, it should be raised gently and lowered gently. Never let it retract back into the base without holding it the whole way down. All Size Miracles will tell you that repair to re-use this type of display material is worth it only with the most expensive hardware.
As well as quality, stability and life expectancy varying with pull-up banner mechanisms, there is hardware that can be combined with fabric to provide a seamless backdrop up to 3200mm wide. All Size Miracles can show you how this System can be used for a stunningly sophisticated effect at your next trade show or media event.
